Continuing its efforts to support Native American artisans from the region, the Snoqualmie Tribe-owned Paddle store is hosting its first large-scale art show, 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec.14 at Snoqualmie Casino.

The show features authentic traditional and contemporary Native American art, showcasing the craftsmanship of more than 20 regional Native American artisans. Flutist Peter Ali, and other Native American musicians will also perform during the show.

“This is a time of great celebration for the Snoqualmie people,” said Jamie Sportsman, retail director for the Snoqualmie Tribe. “It’s a time to celebrate new beginnings, but also a time to celebrate our heritage. This art show provides a great way to showcase our arts and culture, as well as educate our community about the Native American peoples.”
