Tickets to go on sale for spay benefit

Valley Animal Partners will begin presales of tickets for its 2009 fundraiser this month.

The dinner and pie auction, a “Spay-ghetti dinner,” is Feb. 28, 2009 at the Sno-Valley Eagles hall.
