Final weekend for Center Stage’s ‘Almost, Maine’

"Almost, Maine," Valley Center Stage's quirky romantic comedy is in its final weekend. Performances are at 7:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, October 10 to 12 with an extra matinee performance, 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12. It is midwinter and life sparkles in many guises for the residents of the remote mythical town of Almost, Maine (so far north it’s almost in Canada) falling in and out of love in unexpected, unusual and hilarious ways.

Every scene takes place at 9 p.m. somewhere in Almost. Unexpected verbal turns and plot developments twist expectations and keep the audience guessing.

Almost, Maine is directed by Rich Wiltshire, with a cast of Valley Center Stage regulars
