Snoqualmie Valley Health (SVH) has expanded its services to North Bend in a move long-awaited by residents and organization leaders.
The North Bend Medical Clinic has six exam rooms and a full staff to provide primary care.
Nurse practitioner Shantal Postiglione will be the full-time provider at the clinic, while speciality providers from the hospital will rotate in as needed.
The clinic is accepting new patients, and appointments are now available by calling 425-831-2300.
“I am honored to be part of this exciting new chapter for Snoqualmie Valley Health,” Postiglione said in a news release. “My passion is building strong, long-term relationships with patients, and I look forward to serving families across the lifespan in North Bend with compassionate, accessible care.”
SVH CEO Renee Jensen said the clinic is a taste of what is to come at The HUB, SVH’s expansion that is currently under construction next to the hospital. SVH broke ground on The HUB in August and expects the project to be completed next year.
“The North Bend Clinic is an important step forward in our mission to inspire wellness for life’s great adventures,” Jensen said in a news release. “By bringing more care closer to home, we’re making it easier for patients to stay healthy and keep doing the things they love.”
The clinic’s arrival has also resurrected a building that has sat vacant for more than five years in North Bend’s shopping district adjacent to Interstate 90. The property, at 712 SW Mt Si Blvd., was formerly a Chase Bank.
“To see the evolution of this fantastic location come to fruition, it’s one of the best parts of my job,” said North Bend Mayor Mary Miller at the event. “It’s wonderful to have this location not only fully in use again, but … We’re going to be serving the entire community of the Snoqualmie Valley, and probably beyond.”
