Snoqualmie Arts Commission Seeks Proposals for 2017 Art Program

The Snoqualmie Arts Commission is requesting proposals for its 2017 Art Program, designed to create programs for Snoqualmie residents such as classes and events for the visual, musical, and performing arts.

All proposed artistic programming must occur with the City of Snoqualmie in 2017. An artist may submit applications for more than one art program. For-profit arts organizations, individuals, and non-profit organizations are eligible to submit proposals, although preference will be given to non-profits with a focus on the arts or with experience in providing public arts programming. Applications, which can be downloaded from the Snoqualmie website at www.cityofsnoqualmie.org and emailed to nsanders@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us.

Email and paper applications can be submitted by Monday, April 10, 10 a.m. at Snoqualmie City Hall, 2nd Floor, 38624 SE River Street, Snoqualmie. Applicants selected for funding will be notified by the end of the business day on April 11.

The Snoqualmie Arts Commission advises the City Council on public artwork. It also promotes and encourages public programs to increase interest and engagement in the fine and performing arts. For more information, contact Nicole Sanders at nsanders@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us.
