Gas Station Blues concert series returns to downtown Issaquah

In partnership with the Washington Blues Society, the Downtown Issaquah Association will host the second annual Gas Station Blues series, 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday evenings, July 14 to Aug. 18 at the Historic Shell Station located at 232 Front Street North.

In partnership with the Washington Blues Society, the Downtown Issaquah Association will host the second annual Gas Station Blues series, 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday evenings, July 14 to Aug. 18 at the Historic Shell Station located at 232 Front Street North.

Come early and picnic on the grass — beer, wine and food from BardsleyQue will be available on site — or enjoy one of the local art galleries or restaurants along Front Street before the show.

The series is a free, all ages event, open to the public.

The 2016 lineup includes:

July 14 – Rafael Tranquilino and Leah Tussing;

July 21 – Leanne Trevalyan and Peter Pendras;

July 28 – Son Jack Jr. and Michael Wilde;

Aug. 4 – Kevin Sutton and Jim McLaughlin;

Aug. 11 – CeeCee James and the Mission of Soul; and

Aug. 18 – Lloyd Jones.
