Country Pride collects donations for employee fighting breast cancer

Country Pride Restaurant in North Bend is collecting donations for employee Megan Bent, who was diagnosed with breast cancer about six weeks ago.

Bent, a longtime Valley resident, has worked at the restaurant for the past 15 years and is well-loved there. She has three children and is facing five months of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation treatments.
