Fall City Day’s traditional watermelon-eating contest is back for 2017. The fun starts at 1:30 p.m., Saturday at Olive Quigley Park. Competitors will race to be the first to finish their portion of watermelon, in a hands-free eating challenge.

Participants will be divided by age groups; participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present. The event is free to enter.

Registration forms are available at the event. Return forms by 1 p.m.

Winners will receive ribbons and their names will be announced from the main stage. The event is organized by Snoqualmie Valley Alliance.
