Children’s book drive on through Saturday in Fall City

Boy Scout Troop 425 is collecting children’s books for the Fall City Food Pantry to distribute to families with young children.

The troop has a goal of collecting more than 150 books, for children ages 12 and younger. Research shows that children learn to read at an earlier age when they are read to.

Donations can be dropped off at 4537 329th Pl. SE, Fall City, through Saturday, April 15. To donate, or for more information, call (425) 777-6629.

The book drive is the Eagle project for Joshua Sinclair.
