A holiday wreath symbolizes peace on Earth. Cedarcrest High School’s FFA (Future Farmers of America) club made a 40-inch wreath for the Duvall Police Department station for the third year in a row. It was a group effort and it had to be a group effort because the wreath is so large. The agriculture mechanics class welded a custom frame, the horticulture class added the local greens which were donated from SnoValley Tree Farm and JP landscape Tree Farm, and the FFA vet science team delivered it to Officer Cory Clark. The massive wreath was on display at the Duvall Tree Lighting on Friday, Dec. 7.
