New businesses pop up in the Snoqualmie Valley regularly, always giving residents something new to try.

These three businesses have joined the SnoValley Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2026.

Grace + Light Photography

Based in Snoqualmie, Grace + Light Photography offers family, maternity, engagement and professional branding photoshoots. Owner Tatiana Meyer says she specializes in seasonal mini photo sessions for families.

“Offering families a simple and joyful experience that fits beautifully into real life,” her website says. “Whether we’re knee-deep in fall leaves, chasing the sun through a field of flowers or creating Christmas magic with Santa, I’m here to create images that feel warm, timeless and full of heart.”

Kataluna Horse Rescue

Kataluna Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that rescues slaughter-bound horses and donkeys, in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.

The organization, located in Fall City, was opened by founder Katie Berman in 2018. Since then, she has rescued more than 200 horses and donkeys, as well as several other animals, including dogs, cats, goats and pigs.

Berman vows to help any horse in need as best she can, according to her website, but she specifically focuses on horses with physical and emotional trauma. Her goal is to rehabilitate even the most extreme of cases, working with veterinarians and surgeons across the state.

Blackwater Brewing Co.

Blackwater Brewing Co. is North Bend’s newest brewery and taproom, located at 412 Main Ave. S. According to the brewery’s Facebook page, its owners hope to be the go-to hang-out spot in town.

In addition to various brews, the restaurant serves wine, cocktails and food. The menu includes pizza, sandwiches, salads and typical bar snacks, like nachos, soft pretzels, wings and more.

Blackwater is currently hiring cooks, bartenders and waitstaff.
