Come to Snoqualmie Library for Tree Care 101 class Saturday

Snoqualmie City Forester Phil Bennett will present a free Tree Care 101 and Birch Replacement Options workshop, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at the Snoqualmie Library.

The class will cover the basics of tree care for residents, including pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and irrigation. In addition, there will be information on a disease killing birches, along with birch replacement.
