Western Washington University student Emily Anne Creamer, daughter of Frank and Anne Creamer of North Bend, has received the $1,000 Settlemyer Scholarship in Business and Economics for the 2017-18 academic year.

The Settlemyer Scholarship in Business and Economics is awarded to students with a declared major within the College of Business and Economics and Western.

Creamer graduated from Mount Si High School in 2016 and is an undergraduate student at Western in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management program. Her professional goal is to work for Boeing.
