Snoqualmie Valley students can apply for Mount Si Fish & Game Club scholarship until March 31

The Mount Si Fish and Game Club is now taking applications for its annual $1,000 scholarship award to a student in the Snoqualmie Valley or Riverview School District.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be current students in either school district, and must be U.S. citizens. For the application, students must submit their official high school transcript, and present a one- or two-page typed essay on their educational history and future goals, extracurricular activities, community service, employment history, interests, recreation and hobbies, as well as awards and honors they have received. Before funds are awarded, qualifying students must also show proof of enrollment in an accredited U.S. four-year college or university before scholarship funds are released.

The scholarship was established in 2009 for local students.
