North Bend Café will host wine tasting

Pioneer Coffee Roasting Company hosts a Winter Warmer Wine Tasting on Saturday, Nov. 17, beginning at 3 p.m. in celebration of their new wine and beer service. The public is invited to attend.

The tasting will feature local Sigillo Cellars vintages, which is new to Meadowbrook. The vintners will conduct the tasting until 7 p.m.

“We are very excited that they want to do wholesales and tasting here for us,” said DeAnna Haverfield, Pioneer’s North Bend Café manager.

She said all the lines of beer and wine will be kept very local. Other featured items include Vin Brule and spirited wines for mixed drinks and coffee specialties.

The café is located just west of Bendigo on North Bend Way. Its normal hours are 5:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekends.
