Bake sale to help high school writer get to journalism convention

Buy some home-baked goodies and help a local student pursue his goals at a fundraising bake sale, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 2 at Ace Hardware in North Bend.

The sale will benefit Mount Si High School student Conrad Sparling raise funds to attend the National High School Journalism convention April 14 to 17 in Los Angeles.
