Bids for the North Bend Park and Ride project on West North Bend Way were opened last month. The city received 21 bids and the lowest bidder was Ro-Con Equipment Specialists, Inc. with a price of $1,076,133.15. The bid is within the city’s budget for the job. The city plans to award the project in March. Construction would start in April.
