Tops in service – again

For the second month in a row, Chaplin's North Bend Chevrolet service department took home honors for its customer service. Ratings are based on customer surveys taken after service. Juli Ward, service department manager, stated Chaplin's received a perfect score of 100 percent customer satisfaction.
