Published 8:29 am Wednesday, May 9, 2012

Adventurer Helen Thayer headlines Snoqualmie Valley Women in Business’s May Network and Business Luncheon, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, at Snoqualmie TPC Golf Club.

Back by popular demand, Thayer will share her adventure of living among wolves above the Arctic Circle in the Canadian Yukon Territory. This year long journey to document the lives of wolves is sure to awe and inspire. Her motivating presentation is filled with rare photography, not only of the wolf family but includes other Arctic animals such as grizzlies, moose and the elusive lynx.

Women In Business unites business women of the Snoqualmie Valley for the purpose of collaboration, networking, community leadership and personal and professional growth.

The nonprofit organization includes women from North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation and Duvall, and focuses on the development and success of each member as well as the Snoqualmie Valley community.

RSVP by Sunday, May 4, at  www.svwib.com.
