Arts commission seeks local art works to display at Snoqualmie City Hall

The Snoqualmie Arts Commission seeks art submissions for rotating displays at Snoqualmie City Hall throughout 2017. Local artists with a body of work in two-dimensional media are encouraged to apply.

Snoqualmie Arts Commission representatives will arrange artwork hanging dates with selected artists; artists are expected to help with delivery, set-up, and pick-up.

The deadline for artist submissions is Friday, March 31. Artists who are selected will receive email notification by April 3.

To submit works, select five or 6 photos of art works, include name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, and email to gmorrison@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us or mail to P.O. Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

Artwork may be priced to sell. A Snoqualmie business license is needed to sell artwork; artists are responsible for taxes and collecting money from sales.
