Eight Mount Si High School athletes have accepted scholarships to play on college athletic teams next year. These = students gathered to celebrate with their families and coaches, and to sign their “letters of intent” together on National Signing Day, Feb. 1.

The students who signed letters of intent include: Courtney Carr, who will play volleyball at Northwest University; Ben Keller, who will play baseball at Columbia Basin Community College; Mason Marenco, who will play baseball at Lower Columbia Community College; Lauren McCallum, who will row for Gonzaga University; Chaija Olsson, who will play lacrosse at the University of Mount Olive; Hannah Waskom, who will run cross country at the University of Washington; Jack Weidenbach, who will play football at Central Washington University; and Natalie Weidenbach, who will play soccer at the University of Texas.
