Wildcats basketball teams take a win and a loss against Inglemoor on Friday

Both the girls and boys basketball teams at Mount Si High School played against Inglemoor on Friday, Jan. 6, The girls lost in the first game, 48-65, but the boys claimed a 48-41 win in a close game.

With their win, the Mount Si boys have a chance to make it into the post season. The last three spots for the playoffs are contested by five teams, Newport, Eastlake, Woodinville, Inglemoor and Mount Si all tied for qualification.

Both the girls and boys lost their matchups with Skyline Jan. 4; final scores were 45-76 and 58-66, respectively

The boys team now has two wins and five losses, while the girls have four wins and eight losses overall this season. Both Mount Si teams play Newport on Tuesday, Jan. 10 and Woodinville on Friday, Jan. 13.
