A young Mount Si girls soccer team hosted the Issaquah Eagles Thursday, Sept. 8, at Mount Si Stadium and chalked up a 10-2 loss for the night.

Despite the score, junior Renee Anderson had a strong showing in goal, making several big saves as Issaquah, produced a barrage of shots.

Mount Si scorers were senior Avery Lane and junior Mia Fowler.

Four of Issaquah’s goals came from Issaquah’s Mariah Van Halm, a junior, who also had an assist for the night. Her teammates Victoria Wheeler, Molly Darragh, Alina Ruzicka, Zoe Burns, Catey Nelson and Kirstie Johnson each scored a goal, too.
