Auditions coming up for comedic ‘Macbeth’ adaptation in Carnation, Duvall

Cascade Community Theatre will hold auditions for its new production, a comedic adaptation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, called “Mmmbeth.”

Auditions will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 14, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the Duvall Visitor Center, 15619 Main St. Duvall.

The one-act play runs for about 45 minutes. Performances will be held at multiple locations in Carnation and Duvall this summer. Rehearsals begin the week of May 16.

Men and women, high school age or older, of any experience level are welcome to audition. No prepared monologues are needed. Actors will be asked to read from the script.
