Sen. Mark Mullet, D-Issaquah, will host three town hall meetings throughout the 5th Legislative District on Saturday, April 2, including a meeting from 1 to 2 p.m. at Snoqualmie Library, 7824 Center Blvd. S.E. Snoqualmie.
Mullet will provide updates on important bills that have been introduced during the 2016 legislative session as well as what’s happening with the supplemental capital and operating budgets, and what still needs to be done.
“I was elected to this position almost four years ago and I still love every second of it,” said Mullet. “The part of the job I enjoy the most is connecting with the people I represent. Their concerns and priorities drive what I do as a legislator.”
Mullet will also conduct a town hall meeting from 11 a.m. to noon at Issaquah Highlands Fire Station 73, 1280 N.E. Park Dr., Issaquah, and from 3 t0 4 p.m. at Maple Valley Library, 21844 S.E. 248th St., Maple Valley.
