Mount Si High School’s  boys basketball team has struggled through a season of close games, consecutive losses and sporadic wins, but they boosted their conference record by a win Friday, with an 82-66 win over Inglemoor at home.

The Wildcats led the scoring in all but the third quarter Friday, getting off to a big, early lead with 23 points in the first quarter to Inglemoor’s 11. They added another 20 in the second and 22 in the final, but couldn’t break 20 in the third quarter, scoring 17.

Mount Si’s league record is 3-10 as they head into a league match with Bothell this Friday at home.
