Live music: Winterlings bring alternative folk to Black Dog

Regional alternative folk band The Winterlings play at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at The Black Dog, 8062 Railroad Ave. S.E., Snoqualmie. Admission is free
The Winterlings take listeners on journeys through flooded barns and cedar forests, chemistry labs and ferries crossing Puget Sound. Songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Amanda Birdsall and Wolff Bowden play alternative folk music.
