Collages on display in senior center’s art hall

The “Art of Collage,” a dual show featuring North Bend artists Susan Olds and Audrey Zeder, is now on display at the Mount Si Senior Center’s Art Hall. The public is invited to view the free, all-ages show weekdays at the center, 411 Main Ave. S.

Each artist has a unique approach to collage art. Olds uses her experience as an art historian to create fanciful works of art. Many of her pieces use fabrics, papers, and beads. Zeder likes to add her personal style to the more traditional collage process.  Her works incorporate antique newspapers and magazine pages, textured papers, and watercolor paintings.

The show runs through March 31.
