Cannonball! April Pool’s Day coming to Si View Community Center

Aiming to get families ready for the swimming and boating season, Si View Metro Parks hosts a free event, April Pool’s Day, noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16.

Children of all ages can learn water survival skills with educational activities in and out of the water at Si View Pool. A safety fair is noon to 1:15 p.m., followed by water time, 1:15 to 2 p.m., a raffle at 2 p.m. and a cannonball contest at 2:45 p.m. There will plenty of contests, prizes and puppets.
