Oktoberfest meal planned at Carnation

Get a taste of Germany at an Oktoberfest dinner, Saturday, Oct. 15 at the Sno-Valley Senior Center. Cost is $15 per person. The menu features authentic German Bratwurst, Weinkraut (sauerkraut w/apples), Rotkohl (red cabbage), and Warmer Kartoffelsalat (hot potato salad). For $2, add Kartoffelsuppe (potato soup).
