Monday, March 16

Drugs: At 1:24 a.m., a King County sheriff’s deputy stopped a car whose driver was suspected of driving with a suspended license in the 400 block of Southeast North Bend Way. Upon inspection, the deputy found small amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and unidentified pills in the car. The suspect was taken into custody for drug possession and driving with a suspended license.

Larceny: At 3 p.m., a King County sheriff’s deputy responded to a reported theft in the 1200 block of 434th Avenue. The resident reported that generators and a chain saw had been stolen from his workshop.

Sunday, March 15

ATV violation: At 6:30 p.m., a King County sheriff’s deputy arrested two men riding all-terrain vehicles on outstanding warrants six miles up the North Fork of the Snoqualmie River. One suspect was also cited for driving with a revoked license. The other suspect was cited for an off-road vehicle violation.

Tuesday, March 10

Blocking/disabled vehicle: At 6:23 a.m., a Snoqualmie officer responded to a broken down car at Meadowbrook Way and Park Street. The officer saw the driver hitting the car with a hammer because it had broken down. The driver’s friend towed the car out of the intersection.

Sunday, March 8

DUI: At 1:41 a.m., a Snoqualmie officer responded to a report of a single roll-over car accident in the 9200 block of Railroad Avenue. The driver was clearly intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. He had been driving home from the Sure Shot Tavern in North Bend, lost control due to snow and flipped over into a ditch beside the road.
