The local bus system, King County Metro Transit, is planning service cuts because of a funding shortage.
Valley residents can talk with Metro staff members and learn more about how service reductions may affect them at a public meeting, noon to 2 p.m. Wedneday, Jan. 29, at Mount Si Senior Center, 411 Main Ave. S., North Bend.
