Surf’s up in downtown Snoqualmie. Not waves of water, exactly, but an information pipeline that lets anybody with a computer and a wireless Internet connection surf the Web, throughout the main downtown block.

The city of Snoqualmie recently launched a wireless network as part of a three-month pilot project in partnership with King County.

The city’s new antennas augment existing Wi-Fi hotspots at House of Soul/Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church and the Snoqualmie Brewery and Taproom.
