Saturday, Sept. 12

Suspicious circumstances: At 12:07 p.m., police received a report that a group of four to five subjects entered a store on the 700 block of Southwest Mount Si Boulevard, North Bend with dried blood on their hands. Police contacted the group and found out they were hunters who got an elk earlier that day.

Monday, Sept. 14

Burglary: At 8:53 a.m., the theft of around $1,000 worth of coins from Silva Avenue, Snoqualmie was reported to police. The suspects entered through the alley and unlocked the back door. Fingerprints found on a change bottle were sent for analysis.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Welfare check: At 8:41 a.m., police got a report of two children in a running vehicle on the 300 block of Main Avenue S., North Bend. Police found the father in the Department of Licensing office. He was told not to leave kids in the car and that it could lead to his being criminally charged.

Theft: At 5:55 p.m., police received a report of a shoplifter on the 600 block of South Fork Avenue S.W., North Bend. The shoplifter stole $90 shoes and left the scene on foot. He was no longer at the scene when police arrived.
