Empower Youth Network gala, 4:30-10 p.m.: Reserve your tickets for Empower Youth Network’s annual Heart of the Valley gala. Antiques rummage sale, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Queen Bee Antiques in Duvall is hosting its semi-annual sidewalk rummage sale. Stop by for deals on new and vintage items.

Mother’s Day Off retreat, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Local yoga therapist Danielle Sack and mindful connection teacher Anna Sullivan are hosting a day off event for moms at Carnation Farms. The day will include gentle yoga, journaling, creative play and rest, with a gluten-free and vegan lunch by Wilde Roots Provisions. Tickets are $175 and can be purchased at carnationfarms.org/events.
Historic Dougherty Farmstead tour, 1-4 p.m.: The Duvall Historical Society will be giving tours of the historic Dougherty Farmstead every Sunday, May through September. Visitors can walk through the over 100-year-old Dougherty House and learn how pioneers lived in Duvall in the early 1900s.

Carnation blood drive, 12-6 p.m.: Bloodworks Northwest will have a mobile blood drive at Carnation City Hall. It is recommended that donors make an appointment online ahead of time at donate.bloodworksnw.org/donor/schedules/geo.
Silent book group, 2-3 p.m.: The Fall City Library is hosting a monthly meetup for readers at Aroma Coffee Co. All are welcome to bring a book, or check one out from the library, and enjoy a peaceful hour of reading. The group meets the third Wednesday of each month in the gazebo.
Fireside chat and trail stories, 6:30 p.m.: Volition Brewing in North Bend is hosting an evening of fireside chats for local adventurers to kick off the season. All are welcome to share a trail story or just listen. The event is informal; no microphones, just beers and a good time.

Show Your Pride art show: The Duvall Visitor Center will have a Pride art show through June 16. The exhibit will show local artwork that celebrates love, inclusion and self-expression.

Roots of Duvall walking tour, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: The Duvall Historical Society is hosting its first historical walking tour of the season. The event is open to all and begins at Taylor Landing park.
