Hippie style: Make tie-dye shirts at Chaplin’s during North Bend Block Party

Children are invited to make their own tie-dyed shirts at a special Block Party booth run by staff from Chaplin’s North Bend Chevrolet.

Shirts will be supplied by Chaplin’s; All you need to do is create your own look. There is a suggested $3 donation.
