Bring creative holiday spirit into your home this winter. Learn how to craft holiday wreaths at  Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater and Family Park’s Holiday Wreath Making Party, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23.

No experience is necessary; volunteers will show you everything you need to do to create a holiday wreath.

Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater is located at 36800 David Powell Road

The theater provide all the basic materials (forms for the wreaths, wire, ribbon, pinecones, and an assortment of greens). Please feel free to bring your own materials for your holiday creation as

well. Different kinds of pinecones, bits of your favorite plants that last well, pieces of long grass, juniper berries, even something as simple as sticks can lend a unique quality to your creation.

Participants should bring a pair of gloves and gardening shears, as the hosts have these in limited quantities.

This is a family-friendly event – spend quality time creating wreaths with your children and loved  ones. There will be heaters and a fire tended at the shelter, but you are strongly encouraged to dress warmly for this event.

Complimentary cookies, hot chocolate, hot cider, coffee, and tea will be served.

There is a suggested donation of $20 per wreath.
