The Mount Si High School girls soccer team won its first state championship in school history by capping off a successful tournament run Nov. 22 with a 2-0 victory over Tahoma High School in the finals. In the tournament, the Wildcats beat Camas, 1-0, on Nov. 11, then beat Skyline, 2-0, on Nov. 14, before beating Issaquah, 2-1, in the semifinals on Nov. 21. The Wildcats finished the season with a 17-5-1 overall record.
