Relay for Life 2016 kicks off

Relay for Life Snoqualmie Valley officially launched last week, with the traditional kickoff, Jan. 20 at the North Bend Theater.

Bev Jorgensen, the Relay chairperson, led the festivities and introduced guests who shared their stories of surviving cancer. Greg Graham, as Elvis, led a round of “Happy Birthday” singing for cancer survivors, too.

Relay for Life comes to North Bend’s Torguson Park on Saturday, July 9.
