Local wins gold at state

Jane Larson, a sophomore at Cedar Park Christian, was the gold medalist in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meter runs at the state 1A track meet held in Cheney recently. She defended her 1600 and 3200 titles having won both last year as a freshman. Larson, who lives in Fall City, also anchored the 4 x 400 relay, which placed fourth in the state final.
