Share seeds, planting tips and information about gardening and seed-saving resources with fellow gardeners at the seventh annual Snoqualmie Valley Seed Exchange, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Cedarcrest High School, 29000 N.E. 150th St., Duvall, in the High School Commons.

Current information about the event, including list of donors and educational talks is online at snoqualmievalleyseedexchange.org.

Volunteers are needed to staff the event. Those who volunteer for an hour or more, and donors of home grown and saved seed, can enter at 10 a.m., an hour before the eventopens to the public.

Visit the volunteer page on the website for more information, or to volunteer.

The seed exchange is a free event, put on entirely by volunteers and funded by donations. This year’s event is also partly sponsored by Sno-Valley Tilth and partnered with the Cedarcrest High School Future Farmers of America club.

Cedarcrest students will also sell garden art and potted, blooming daffodils and tulips. Resilient Seeds will sell seeds of staple crops for the Pacific Northwest.
