Stacy McMeins of Carnation is seeking to raise funds so she can get help from a psychiatric service dog. After leaving the military and moving to Carnation, McMeins was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other anxiety disorders.

Medication and therapy helped her to control her anxiety, but after her pregnancy in 2007, her PTSD returned.
