Celebrate National Grandparents Day with free train rides in Snoqualmie, North Bend

Celebrate grandma and grandpa on National Grandparent’s Day, Sept. 11. Take a ride on the Northwest Railway Museum’s antique train Saturday or Sunday and get a free fare for all grandparents who are accompanied by a paying grandchild.
Trains depart starting at 11 a.m. from the Snoqualmie Depot at 38625 SE King Street and at 11:30 a.m. from the North Bend Depot at 205 E. McClellan Street.
Roundtrip fares are $10 for children ages 2 to 12, $18 for ages 13 to 61 and $16 for ages 62 and older.
Visitors to the museum experience the excitement of a working railroad while learning about the important role railroads played in shaping the character of the Pacific Northwest.
The Snoqualmie Depot, exhibits and Depot Bookstore are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
