North Bend’s Dahlia Barn hosts free Flower Festival, weekends in September

The Dahlia Barn, 13110 446th Ave. S.E., North Bend, is hosting a Flower Festival, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the weekends of Sept. 16 to 18, and Sept. 23 to 25.

Admission to the annual festival is free. The event is scheduled each year for when the dahlias are in full bloom at the North Bend farm. Visitors can stroll the gardens, shop for tubers for next spring, vote for their favorites in a mini-People’s Choice show in the barn and pick up fresh dahlia bouquets.
