The Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie has announced that all of the weekend summer train rides this year will be on a steam train beginning on July 2.

Guests will be able to ride the historic steam train and get experience what travel was like at the turn of the century in the Pacific Northwest.

The steam train will begin its run on the weekend of July 2 and 3 and end on September 5. There will only be two weekends, July 15-17 and 22-24, when the steam train will not be running. The train rides include a trip to Snoqualmie Falls.

This year a new stop at the Train Shed Exhibit Building has been added to the train route which allows passengers to learn more about the history of trains in the Valley.

Roundtrip prices are $22 for an adult, $20 for a senior and $12 for a child. For more information visit www.trainmuseum.org or call (425) 888-3030.
