Monroe Concert Band to present free concert March 20

The Monroe Concert Band will perform its late winter concert, 2 p.m., Sunday, March 20 at the Wagner Performing Arts Center, 639 W. Main St., Monroe.

The concert is a free, family friendly event, which will feature songs such as “Americans We,” “Irish Tune from County Derry,” “Sheppard’s Hey,” and “English Folk Song Suite.”

Volunteers are needed to help with stage, sound and lighting.
