Snoqualmie celebrates wine tourism with event

Snoqualmie Valley wineries will celebrate National Wine Tourism Day with the first annual Savor Snoqualmie River Valley, to showcase regional wines and local culture.

The Savor event will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Sigillo Cellars in Snoqualmie. Featured wineries will include Pearl and Stone Wine Co. and Piccola Cellars from North Bend, and William Grassie Wine Estates from Fall City.

Food from BB Ranch Butcher, River Valley Cheese, and Dog Mountain Farm will also be served.

Savor will donate a portion of its proceeds to the Old Friends Club and Adult Day Health Program, a non-profit group that assists people with dementia or memory loss.
