Volunteers sought for North Bend block party

North Bend downtown merchants and city staff invite all comers to the second annual summer block party, Saturday, July 17.

Events include a donut and burger-eating contest, dog fashion show and canine spa, barbecue demo, artist’s alley, unicycle demo and bike parade, strongman competition, hip hop demo, skate teen activity and a beer garden.
