TrailsFest, an annual outdoor adventure show hosted by the Washington Trails Association, will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at Rattlesnake Lake near North Bend.
The annual event features activities and workshops on everything from paddling a kayak to hiking with children. Visitors can take a guided hike to a lookout, paddle a kayak, try a climbing wall, take a class on wildflower hikes, learn backcountry navigation and plenty more besides. Dozens of exhibitors, gear companies and outdoor groups will be on hand.
Admission is free.
“In one day, TrailsFest gets you outside exploring and truly enjoying Washington’s great outdoors,” said Lauren Braden, spokeswoman for Washington Trails Association.
