New business uses proposed for Ridge

Proposed changes to business park standards would allow more than a dozen new types of businesses to set up shop in larger spaces than before. Some uses remain out of the picture, though, in line with the city’s established Ridge retail marketplace on Center Boulevard.

Recently approved by the Snoqualmie Planning Commission, the new standards for uses in the Ridge business park, specifically on lots 1, 11, 12 and 20, are now under review by a committee of the Snoqualmie City Council.
